A reseller relationship begins only when Quality Tax Software approves my application and both parties sign the Quality Tax Software Reseller Agreement, which sets and governs all terms, fees, and compensation. I agree to provide a completed IRS Form W9 and understand that no payout is issued until it is on file. I authorize Quality Tax Software to send my payouts by ACH direct deposit to the account I provided above, and to correct any deposit made in error. I authorize Quality Tax Software to associate my reseller code with the accounts I enroll for the purpose of calculating and paying my compensation.
